In the transformation to the software-defined connected automobile, many automotive manufacturers ("OEMs") and suppliers are struggling with the necessary technological change:Â

Manufacturers, together with their supplier partners, are frequently finding their individual ways to solve this problem.
By consequence, in software vehicle programs, a lot of effort and expediture goes into work that has little value-add for the customer:

Integration of functional modules from different partners into the vehicle architecture
